In this post you could see our professional steel bulb flat bar packing and reinforcement in container.Our Thailand Shipyard client contacted with us for a new purchase order on steel bulb flat bars for their urgently new ship repairing project,they need the steel bulb flat bars in 15 days which can not delay the project starting.There are only two size of this new inquiry of steel bulb flat bars:HP260x10mm Quantity 269.50 meters and HP320x13mm quantity 120 meters.Our sales worked on this new order based on our abundant steel bulb flat bar in stocks.and you know there are mainly lenghth of steel bulb flat is 10000mm to 15500mm in stocks,but for container shipment,we could only loaded 5800mm to 11800mm into both 20FT container(20FT container size) and 40FT container(40FT container size),so we have to cut steel bulb flat bar size in our stocks to meet with container shipment.All the steel bulb flat cutting process finished in one day,we collect both size steel bulb flat quantity meet with our client’s total quantity requirements.and we also make the professional packing before loading into the container.Time is so tightly,we have to book the container for this lot of steel bulb flat bars,you could see there is about 13.051MT steel materials and 3.5CBM less than one container room,and our sales offered shipment term based LCL container shipment,but for business supporting and no time delay for Thailand client’s ship repairing project,we have to book one 40HQ full container for shipment(Few container left from China to Thailand after China National Holiday),even though our cost increasing so much,Purchase order had been confirmed,we can not regret,must work on and push our workers processing and loading container in time for our good business credit condition.Everythings under control and all this lot of shipbuilding steel bulb flat bars loaded into container and reach the container yard in time,we will catch the correct sailing date of 19th Oct 2018.Our sales will prepare the shipping documents for export declaration now.and later we shall collect all IMPORT CUSTOMS CLEARANCE documents for our client.
